Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training that teaches people how to recognize the signs of a mental health or substance use challenge, respond with support, and connect someone to appropriate help. Just as CPR helps in a physical emergency, Mental Health First Aid equips community members to offer initial support during a mental health crisis or concern.
