Light the Way

Suicide Prevention Month | September 2026

When someone you know is struggling, it's natural to feel overwhelmed. You may worry that you'll say the wrong thing, not know what to do, or somehow make the situation worse. Those fears can keep us silent in a moment of crisis.

But you don't have to have all the answers to make a difference.

You can be a light in someone's darkest moment. Sometimes that light is a conversation. Sometimes it's sitting quietly beside them. Sometimes it's helping them take the next step toward support.

Help us light the way towards hope.
