Bio:
Aileen Elsaesser, LPC is a licensed professional counselor working in private practice in Virginia. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in helping individuals and families manage anxiety and related disorders. Aileen is trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), a parent-based treatment program for children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, and related problems and has been featured in Northern Virginia Magazine and the American Counseling Association’s Counseling Today regarding back to school and childhood anxiety. She lives in Virginia with her husband and two children.
