When Sallie Morgan came to the northern Piedmont in her mid-20s, she joined the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board (RRCSB) to launch the area’s first agency on aging. During her 35-year career, she supervised a variety of clinical health programs, gaining extensive experience with both short and long-term collaborative planning efforts.
