Suicide prevention specialist returns to Rapp to educate students — and parents — about positive outreach. It was in February that Rappahannock County Public Schools announced the findings of its 2019 PRIDE Survey, which revealed in part that 1 in 3 students in grades 7 through 12 — 35 percent of Rappahannock students canvassed — checked the “struggling with depression” box.
