Joy Willey

Joy Willey has lived in Fauquier County for the past decade. One of the first places she volunteered in the community was the Fauquier Free Clinic, where she served six years on the Board of Directors including two years as President. Joy’s extensive nonprofit experience includes serving as a PATH Foundation Grants Committee Member, the Director of Advancement for Highland School in Warrenton, and the Vice President and Treasurer for the Woolly Mammoth Theater in Washington, D.C. Joy’s business background includes twelve years with Capital One Bank including Vice President roles in operations, real estate and human resources. Joy serves on the Mental Health Association’s Board of Directors because she has “…seen the benefits of integrated mental health services through the free clinic and want to help to make that possible for our entire community.” Joy has a B.A. from Bowdoin College and an Executive MBA from The Darden School.
