Bridget Downey

Bridget Downey joined the Mental Health Association of Fauquier County in August 2021 to offer administrative and programmatic support and quickly took on the role of Programs & Events Manager. She is a Fauquier County native and brings over 10 years of experience in the arts and education field, including in student services at Northern Virginia Community College and Marymount University. Bridget holds a master’s in library and information science from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Arts from State University of New York at Albany. She is a certified archivist, Youth Mental Health First Aid instructor, and 2023 graduate of Leadership Fauquier.
