Tony served in a number of positions in local government leadership and financial management before retiring. His most recent position was Deputy County Administrator of Fauquier County. He holds a Master’s degree in public administration, serves on a number of other nonprofit boards, and his been on the MHAFC Board since 2016. His experiences with other organizations, and with Fauquier County, have convinced him of the need for better mental health and substance abuse services. Thus, he is an active supporter of programs addressing behavioral health issues in the region.
