John Waldeck

John P. Waldeck has 40 years of experience managing mental health services in both hospital and community settings, having retired as Director of Clinical Services for Rappahannock Rapidan Community Services in 2013. He is a magna cum laude graduate of West Virginia University with a master’s degree in Social Work. His emphasis over his career has been on establishing and working with mental health and substance abuse prevention programs. He is currently the Special Projects Coordinator at the Mental Health Association of Fauquier County and is an instructor for Mental Health First Aid. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Fauquier CADRE and the Come As You Are Coalition.
