Lunch & Learn

Dealing with Family Conflict is a free Lunch & Learn webinar presented by the Mental Health Association of Fauquier County that will address how to foster health family relationships that promote wellbeing. Social relationships, particularly family relationships, directly impact mental health, according to numerous studies. Guest speakers from the Piedmont Dispute Resolution Center will discuss information on conflict styles, interventions and mediation options. Advance registration is required for this virtual event.

The Mental Health Association facilitates and promotes mental wellness in Fauquier and Rappahannock counties, and presents monthly Lunch & Learn webinars, to address a variety of topics.
